  • Ensure compliance with energetic material safety standards and DoD/NASA requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–8 years of experience in SRM or propulsion system design, analysis, manufacturing, or test.
  • Proficiency with FEA/CFD tools (e.g., Ansys, Abaqus) and strong understanding of propulsion fundamentals.
  • Ability to work independently on subsystem‑level tasks and collaborate across engineering disciplines.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
Preferred Experience
  • Exposure to propellant chemistry or energetic material handling.
  • Experience with composite case/COPV design or filament winding.
  • Familiarity with insensitive munitions standards and aerospace qualification processes.
  • Background in structural dynamics, thermal protection materials, M&P, supply chain, or quality engineering.
