Ventus Solutions is seeking a skilled Subject Matter Expert with Quantum Experience to support a new innovative program. The ideal candidate will work closely with Program Manager (PM) to support organization efforts. Candidates will provide technical expertise in quantum science research — including quantum computing, quantum sensing, and quantum communications — while managing the execution of research projects and programs. Join our innovative team and contribute to impactful national security initiatives.

Required Experience:
- Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to brief stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly learn new technical subjects and evaluate cutting-edge research.
- Demonstrated experience in managing or leading technical research programs.
- PhD (or Master’s with additional relevant work experience) in Physics, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of research experience in quantum science (computing, sensing, or communications).
- Ability to obtain Secret Clearance
Desired
Experience:
- Experience managing programs through their full life cycle.
- Broad technical R&D and engineering experience across multiple applied domains.
- Familiarity with DARPA’s technical, programmatic, and contractual environment.
- Self-starter with proven ability to both lead and contribute within fast-paced, cross-disciplinary teams.
