As a Senior Modeling & Simulation Engineer, you will be a hands‑on individual contributor focused on expanding our platform’s simulation capabilities. Your responsibilities include:
- Taking ownership of technical projects and driving development.
- Developing and implementing high‑fidelity simulations and analysis for a diverse range of complex systems and validating these models against real‑world data.
- Configuring and executing large‑scale multi‑simulation studies, leveraging cloud compute resources for uncertainty quantification, sensitivity analysis, and optimization.
- Performing code reviews for peers and providing technical feedback and suggestions to other engineering teams to drive platform improvement.
- Supporting regular contract meetings with technical input and demonstrations to external stakeholders.

- 6+ years of applicable engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree in physics, applied math, engineering, or similar
- Expertise developing models of complex physical systems
- Experience validating simulation models against real‑world data
- Experience with modern software development and testing practices
- Experience with data analysis and visualization
- Able to obtain a TS security clearance
