Senior Electrical Commissioning Agent - (186913)

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as the main contact between the client and HDR, managing all commissioning activities on the project.
  • Adhere to budgeted man-hours and execute commissioning services efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the client and assist contractors with scheduling: plans, pre-functional checklists, functional tests, training, O&M, document reviews, and seasonal testing.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • LEED accreditation.
  • Preference for local candidates.
  • US citizenship required due to client contract requirements.

This position is subject to pre-employment drug testing.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and controls disciplines.
  • Willingness to travel to site locations as needed.
  • Experienced engineer, licensed PE or field technician with strong understanding of MEP systems, HVAC controls, T&B processes.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Project.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of design document organization, multidiscipline design, and delivery of design & construction services.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, systems engineering, operations, contracting, and business operations.
  • Understanding of project accounting and financial tools.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
