** What You'll be doing**:* ### Work on product performance and process* ### Reporting and analysis tasks* ### Tech support for customers* ### Support innovation for engineering tasks* ### Perform root cause and corrective action as required* ### Support Manufacturing cells and engineering tasks as required* ### Design for Manufacturability (DFM), NPI and Manufacturing Process tasks* ### KPIs/metrics/data as required##

Skills:

** :* ### Minimum HND or degree in a related subject e.g. STEM, Production or Manufacturing Engineering.* ### Knowledge/experience of electronics Manufacturing* ### Process improvement/efficiency/lean manufacturing* ### Can lead / participate in process FMEA, Control Plan, Process flow development, review and risk mitigation processes* ###

Experience of various Manufacturing platforms* ### Technical presentation skills* ### Ideally have worked for an Engineering, Manufacturing or Defence company* ### Communication to all levels of the organisation* ### Can work as a team player, independently and challenge status quo as required
