BIM Project Architect

Project Architect – Junior & Senior Project Manager (Pentagon)

Are you a Project Architect with proven experience documenting projects, updating as-builts, and managing facility records with LIDAR, AutoCAD, and Revit? If your background is in IT project management, this is not the right role.

Base pay range: $ / yr – $ / yr.

• Junior Project Manager (5+ years) – for Assistant PMs/Coordinators with hands‑on documentation experience.
• Senior Project Manager (10+ years) – for experienced PMs leading large construction projects.

• Document every change in construction projects (as‑built updates, reports, QA/QC).
• Conduct field surveys using LIDAR and other measurement tools.
• Create/update Revit models, AutoCAD drawings, BIM, and GIS datasets.
• Ensure compliance with DoD documentation standards.
• Collaborate with contractors and government stakeholders.
• Hold a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture (or contractor license with equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years (Junior) or 10+ years (Senior) in construction project management.
• Direct experience with LIDAR, Revit, AutoCAD (must‑have).
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
