Project Architect – Junior & Senior Project Manager (Pentagon)
Are you a Project Architect with proven experience documenting projects, updating as-builts, and managing facility records with LIDAR, AutoCAD, and Revit? If your background is in IT project management, this is not the right role.
Base pay range: $ / yr – $ / yr.
Roles We’re Hiring- Junior Project Manager (5+ years) – for Assistant PMs/Coordinators with hands‑on documentation experience.
- Senior Project Manager (10+ years) – for experienced PMs leading large construction projects.
- Document every change in construction projects (as‑built updates, reports, QA/QC).
- Conduct field surveys using LIDAR and other measurement tools.
- Create/update Revit models, AutoCAD drawings, BIM, and GIS datasets.
- Ensure compliance with DoD documentation standards.
- Collaborate with contractors and government stakeholders.
- Hold a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture (or contractor license with equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years (Junior) or 10+ years (Senior) in construction project management.
- Direct experience with LIDAR, Revit, AutoCAD (must‑have).
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
