Lead Architect

We are seeking a Lead Architect who excels in solving complex problems within data center environments and possesses the confidence to work directly with clients. This role is ideal for someone strong in Revit, experienced with large-scale data center projects, and who enjoys guiding teams through fast‑paced, mission‑critical work.

• Lead architectural design for hyperscale and colocation data centers from concept through commissioning.
• Shape design strategy to support performance, security, scalability, and client business goals.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, construction, and external partners to deliver integrated solutions.
• Produce and review Revit models, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Present design direction and updates to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Oversee code compliance, permitting, and mission‑critical standards.
• Mentor junior team members and support design quality across projects.
• Contribute to proposals, early concepts, and client‑facing materials.
• Stay current on data center trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

• Proficiency in Revit
• Architectural design expertise
• Design development and schematic design
• Construction document proficiency
• 7+ years of experience (3+ years in Data Centers)
• Project management experience
• Construction documentation and administration

• BA/BS in Architecture or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work
• Licensure preferred (RA or on path to licensure)
• Accreditation is a plus

The pay range for this position is $ - $ per year.
