POSITION SUMMARY: Marymount University seeks a self‑motivated and outgoing individual who can connect naturally and easily with its student body to serve as its Assistant Director (AD) of its Center for Career Development. The AD plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between students and potential employers and is responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with a broad group of employers and creating opportunities for students to connect with organizations and professionals in their fields of interest.

The AD will also be instrumental in organizing career fairs, workshops, and networking events, thereby enhancing the employability and career readiness of Marymount students. This position will be partially funded by a grant Marymount received from Deloitte to host an event for community college students, exposing them to a four‑year higher education institution, including campus life, helping them explore careers, and matching them with student mentors.
