Community Associations Institute (CAI), the leading international membership organization dedicated to building better communities, is seeking a Learning Manager to support and advance CAI’s expanding portfolio of education and credentialing programs. About the RoleThe Learning Manager plays a key role in producing virtual courses, supporting CAI’s credentials, and ensuring exceptional learner and member experiences. Working closely with CAI’s Directors of Learning and Standards, this position contributes to the smooth execution of education programs that serve community association managers, business partners, and volunteer leaders across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:Live Virtual Program Delivery
- Produce, host, and moderate CAI’s live virtual courses on Zoom or similar platforms.
- Provide in‑session support to instructors and learners to ensure a seamless virtual learning experience.
- Perform administrative functions supporting CAI’s credentials and course offerings.
- Manage logistics for credentialing activities at major events (e.g., Annual Conference and Law Seminar), including materials, reservations, and onsite preparation.
- Coordinate with vendors to order and track credentialing materials, including certificates, pins, and promotional items.
- Communicate with applicants and designees regarding requirements, redesignations, acceptance decisions, and application troubleshooting.
- Prepare program reports, maintain accurate records, and support credential‑related promotions.
- Enroll participants, provide user assistance, and troubleshoot access issues within CAI’s LMS.
- Work with communications, marketing, chapter development, finance, and other CAI teams to coordinate course schedules, marketing plans, and program logistics.
- Support projects across credentials, e‑learning, and onsite education programs.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of related experience in associations, education, professional development, or credentialing programs.
- Experience producing or supporting virtual training using platforms such as Zoom, Teams, Adobe Connect, or Go To Meeting .
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with databases, learning management systems, and project tracking tools.
