Qualifications- Reliable, dependable, flexible, and punctual.
- Flexible and willing to work as a team.
- Knowledge of the needs of students with disabilities.
- Ability to take initiative appropriately.
- Experience working with children from diverse backgrounds.
- One year working with students who have disabilities.
- Assist individuals or groups of students with classroom activities under the guidance and direction of a teacher.
- Assist with classroom and behavior management plans under teacher guidance and direction.
- Collaborate with school staff, related service providers, student services staff, and families.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by teacher, site-administrator, or coordinator.
