A local parks management organization is seeking a Water Safety Instructor in Arlington, Virginia. This role involves the instruction, development, and evaluation of swim class participants. Candidates must have a current Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certificate or equivalent experience and are responsible for developing lesson plans, taking attendance, and completing student certifications. This position also includes instructing Lifeguards and requires spending time in the water with students.
