Physician w​/Top Secret Clearance

Leidos-QTC Medical Group is seeking a Full Time Physician to join our Occupational Health team in Northern VA supporting an Intelligence Agency customer.

Candidates must be able to obtain Top Secret Clearance with polygraph .

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide basic medical and Primary Care Physician support.
• Cover lead physician duties in a surge capacity
• Provide general medicine care to include, but not limited to, review labs, review EKGs, cover sick calls and provide medical coverage as needed.
• Access patient health through interviews and physical examinations
• Provide vaccinations, Technical Systems Testing (TS) Interpretation and preventative health consultancy.
• Maintain patient records through electronic medical record documentation.
• Work independently as needed to achieve day-to-day objectives
• Coordinate with other medical staff as needed and communicate with internal and customer team members

Competencies:

• Ability to read, write, and analyze/evaluate charts
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Detail-Oriented

Required Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Occupational Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine or similar
• Active DEA prescribing authority
• 5+ years of clinical experience preferably in Occupational Health
• Knowledge of occupational medicine and workplace health regulations
• Must be US Citizen
