We’re seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine to join our high-performance, burnout-proof clinical model across our vibrant Northern Virginia locations (Alexandria, Arlington).

• No after-hours or weekend call obligations
• Minimum 3-day/week schedule (full-time preferred)

• Dedicated scribes + MAs for every shift
• On-site labs, efficient EMR workflows
• Advanced Virtual Medical Assistant pilot program to offload:
  • Progress notes
  • Lab prioritization
  • Patient screening
  • Telephone follow-ups
• No “homework” — finish documentation during your shift

• Culturally competent patient panels — Spanish fluency is helpful but not required

Requirements

• Current or pending Virginia medical license
• BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Strong communication skills + team spirit
• Experience in outpatient care preferred
• Passion for preventive care + patient-centered medicine
