Jacobs is seeking a highly skilled 3D Visualization Artist to create and deliver cutting-edge visualization experiences. This role combines artistry, technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and innovation to produce high-quality visual communication solutions and strategies ranging from still imagery to real-time interactive environments. The ideal candidate will bridge design and technology, driving workflow enhancements, AI integration, and scalable visualization pipelines. Knowledge and experience in application development environments (Git, Azure, AWS) as well as agile development.

• Deliver high-quality visualization assets including still images, animations, and real-time experiences.
• Generative design (AI) and pipeline development – Build and optimize workflows, tools, and automation for large-scale simulations and complex digital assets.
• Workflow integration – Bridge advanced technology with production artists to streamline processes.
• Technical troubleshooting – Provide support for rendering infrastructure, hardware benchmarking, and production challenges.
• Innovation in visual communication – Enhance industry workflows with real-time production environments (Omniverse, Unreal, Vantage, Twinmotion).
• Technology standardization – Rationalize tools and workflows through accessible UX/UI wrappers and deployment strategies.
• AI workflow prototyping – Lead integration of AI‑driven tools for simulation, asset generation, scene assembly, and content management.
• GenAI replication and deployment – Develop offline equivalents of Gen AI LLM models like Firefly, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Sora, Veo and Nano Banana, and Magnific for secure internal use.
• Extended Reality (XR) skills – Provide technical and visionary input on strategies as well as identification and implementation of new technologies.

• Visualization software:
  Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, 3ds Max, Blender, Adobe Substance, V-Ray, Vantage, Octane, Anima, Enscape, Omniverse, Twinmotion, D5, Unreal Engine, Unity, Cesium, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Support tools:
  Houdini, Gaea, Tyflow, Ember Gen, Liqui Gen, MoveAI, Cascadoure.
• Generative AI platforms:
  Comfy
  
  UI, Midjourney, Magnific, Krea, Adobe Firefly, Runway, proprietary integrations, Fal.ai.
• Additional tools:
  Plasticity, Fusion 360, MOI, Substance 3D Modeler, Massmotion, Atoms Crowds, Iclone, Marvelous Designer, World Creator.

• 15+ years' experience in 3D visualization and digital multi-media production.
• Strong background in real-time rendering environments and interoperability standards.
• Demonstrated ability to prototype and deploy AI-driven workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and abilities to directly engage internal and external clients to define and deliver visual communications strategies and solutions.
• Passion for innovation, optimization, and artist-first workflow design.
• Strong Team Leadership skills with a focus on developing and mentoring team members.
