- Quickly and accurately answer questions, resolve issues, and guide customers through our products/services.
- Turn customer questions into positive experiences and build lasting relationships.
- Document interactions clearly and efficiently.
- Exceptional written communication skills—you're clear, concise, and professional.
- A knack for speed and accuracy (high WPM is a plus!).
- A positive, problem‑solving attitude and the ability to multitask like a pro.
- Prior customer service or chat experience is a bonus, but a desire to learn is essential!
