Entry Level Event Assistant job at Remarkable Talent, Inc. Arlington, VA.
We are a growing team looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Event Assistant to help support our in-person marketing campaigns and customer engagement efforts. This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in starting a career in marketing, events, customer service, or sales
.
You’ll work directly with a well-established client and play a key role in ensuring successful event execution and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
No prior experience is required—we provide full training and mentorship.
- Assist with day-to-day execution of live events, campaigns, and promotions
- Serve as a communication bridge between clients and customers to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Help meet fundraising, promotional, and brand awareness goals
- Attend team meetings and hands-on training sessions to stay aligned with campaign goals and company updates
- Identify and share ideas to improve customer engagement and event outcomes
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and effective solutions
- Collect and report customer feedback and campaign performance metrics
- Provide regular updates to the Managing Director and campaign leadership
- Continue building communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Genuine interest in marketing, events, customer service, or sales
- No previous experience required—comprehensive training is provided
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism
- Hands-On
