. You will guide customers through every step of their Tesla journey—from showroom to vehicle delivery, ensuring the buying and receiving experience is groundbreaking.

• Engage walk‑in guests promptly, welcoming them and opening conversation.
• Understand guests’ intent and timeline for purchase, building a personalized profile.
• Inspire and educate guests, answering questions and curating a tailored product experience—including demo drives and Full Self‑Driving demonstrations.
• Conduct engaging delivery orientations, highlighting key features to ensure new owners feel confident and excited.
• Capture guest information, schedule test drives, and identify high‑intent buyers to support sales pipeline health.
• Provide the highest level of customer service to all current and future owners.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to meet business needs.

• 1+ year of customer service and/or sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Passion for the Tesla Mission and innovations in personal transportation. Stay current on EV trends and local incentives.
• Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts.
• Strong sense of teamwork, reliability, and communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Valid driver’s license required. For roles in CA, CO, HI, , MD, MS, NV, NC, PA, TN, UT, VA, DC: a Motor Vehicle Salesperson License is required. For roles in AZ, GA, HI, IA, IN, NC, NJ, NM, NY, OH, PA, VT, WA: a notary license is preferred.
