Responsibilities

Cultivate genuine, experience-focused connections with members and guests

Calls! Make 75 Discovery calls per day on-duty, either in-studio or remotely

Deliver exceptional sales and service experience to all members and guests

Know how to close a membership sale and confidently demonstrate the value of joining

Assist in planning and promoting entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships

Ensuring studio is always show‑ready and SPENGA clean

Attend at least 1 SPENGA social event per quarter

Attend monthly team meetings evenings 8pm for one hour MANDATORY

As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio

Maintain a clean studio and sanitary studio at all times, cleaning every day

Help retain and increase client participation, to include:

Social Media:
Posting IG reels, stories & posts – BE FUN and CREATIVE! Post minimum 1 reel per month in addition to stories. Don’t stress over perfection! Copy other studios/trending audios, etc.

Managing /supporting various In‑studio challenges, including Bingo, Hellth Week, Century RIde, You vs You Challenge
