Overview
Synchron is seeking qualified candidates to support the Chief of Naval Operations Staff at the Pentagon. The position will support the OPNAV Directorate and high visibility strategic communication briefings and presentations for the Navy. The candidate must be comfortable engaging with senior Navy leadership on external communications products the Navy uses with outside stakeholders. A general overview and understanding of Navy platforms, systems, and capabilities is highly desired.
Responsibilities- Develop and design external communication pieces to be used for briefings, meetings, visual, social, and other media platforms for high visibility projects within the Chief of Naval Operations.
- Design art, graphics, and layouts for a variety of media forms (PowerPoint, Adobe, etc.) used to communicate information and strategic messaging.
- Plan content, graphics aspects, and presentations of materials, products, and services.
- Implement design projects, develop and present plans to senior leadership.
- Highly proficient with business tools such as MS Office products (especially PowerPoint) and other graphic arts tools used for business communications and the display of high quality graphics.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in a field associated with Graphic Design, or related field; OR a High School diploma and three (3) years of experience directly related to graphics design.
- Experience in or with the U.S. Navy; preferably related to graphics design.
- Active secret clearance.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
This position works onsite daily.
