NASDA Communications Coordinator Job Description

The National Association of State Departments of Agriculture (NASDA) is seeking a new team member who is passionate about American agriculture to join its communications team. This position will work closely with the Director and Associate Director of Communications to develop content that supports the organization’s public engagement strategic plan, including digital media, newsletter development, graphic design, news writing and analysis, and event promotion activities.

The National Association of State Departments of Agriculture is a nonpartisan, nonprofit association representing the elected and appointed commissioners, secretaries, and directors of the state departments of agriculture. This position will play an integral role in helping NASDA shine a positive light on the work of state agriculture departments and sharing NASDA members’ united voice in Washington, D.C. and beyond. In addition to supporting core NASDA communications activities, this position will also work on communications projects to support NASDA partners and the NASDA Foundation һазир alongside the NASDA communications team.

Experience in agriculture, journalism, news writing, public relations, graphic design, video development

TOP and social media content creation are all desirable skills for this position.
