Location: OCONUS – 100% onsite, 24x7 operation with on‑call support.
Position Type: Contingent position based upon contract award.

We seek a skilled Construction Manager to lead construction projects and task orders (TOs) for recapitalization, major repairs, new construction, and infrastructure augmentation. You will manage a specialist team, focusing on operational effectiveness, safety, and environmental compliance.

• Direct facilities construction and maintenance at each site, including job site document control and distribution of drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
• Direct project construction planning, safety, cost control, and scheduling activities.
• Interpret drawings and implement specifications for job site queries.
• Resolve job site technical issues encountered during execution of construction projects.
• Formulate and enforce operational and construction standards that support company objectives, contractual requirements, and regulatory and environmental standards.
• Hire, train, and lead a competent workforce that is versatile and technically savvy.
• Keep a close watch on contractual obligations and stay informed of any regulatory changes that impact facility operations.
• Orchestrate activities to align with overarching contract requirements and ensure smooth site operations.
• Provide technical support to site operations, guaranteeing the continuity of critical infrastructure operations, with a commitment to reliability for around-the-clock mission support.
• Communicate effectively with diverse teams, respond to questions, and solve a range of operational issues.

• Active SECRET security clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI w/ Poly level clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a construction‑related field, or equivalent diploma plus fifteen (15) years of management‑level experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in Construction Management or ten (10) years trade experience with at least five (5) years in supervisory or site lead positions.
• Experience managing high‑dollar projects, directing sub‑contractors and skilled workers.
• Experience managing multiple site locations.
• Experience managing small projects in a fast‑pace environment, using a variety of laborers and contractors.

• Experience managing an A&E staff.
• Experience managing OCONUS personnel.
• Experience with capital construction work within OCONUS locations.
• Ability to react quickly to customer needs and changing priorities.
