Key responsibilities include managing and strengthening client relationships, overseeing Salesforce implementations and integrations, and expanding strategic alliances with partners. The Engagement Manager will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams ranging from technical architects to product managers to ensure delivery excellence and alignment with client objectives.
