• Prepare materials such as board presentations, practice communications, and minutes for ACO board meetings
• Coordinate key events including ACO retreats, kick-offs, and board meetings for providers and field teams
• Assist in designing and implementing key reports using business intelligence and CRM tools
• Monitor compliance activities to ensure operational effectiveness
• Support leadership on special projects and data requests as needed

• Bachelor's degree plus 1 to 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to travel up to 10% annually for team retreats and events
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods and perform extensive keyboard use

• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Knowledge of project management processes
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing startup environment
