As an Executive Assistant at Honeywell Aerospace Technologies, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executive leadership in our Crystal City, VA and Washington, DC offices, with a core focus on our Senior Vice President of Government Relations and our Vice President and General Counsel, Defense & Space and Electronic Solutions. Your ability to coordinate fast‑paced and constantly shifting schedules, manage domestic and international travel, and facilitate executive‑level meetings and events will be critical to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, travel and, in some cases, group e‑mails for two primary senior executives and other members of the leadership team as needed.
  • Take a leadership role in occasional event planning, customer visit engagements and related activities.
  • Facilitate recordkeeping and electronic organization for the Legal and Government Relations Departments.
  • Assist in management of outside counsel, consultants and vendor billings.
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5 years experience in an administrative assistant, executive assistant, chief of staff or equivalent role.
  • Strong organizational skills with both digital and electronic files.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (predominantly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience managing domestic and international travel.
