Senior Director, Enterprise Solutions at FI will own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from conception to delivery and optimization, focused on solutions that empower financial institutions. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to translate insights and client needs into portfolio management tools and data‑driven experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with FI Consulting’s mission.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams—tech, data engineering, finance—to deliver new features or full products, driving outcomes from ideation through release.
  • Conduct market, client, and competitive analysis in financial services to discover unmet needs and establish differentiation.
  • Use data and user feedback to iterate on solutions, optimize product performance, and meet business objectives like ROI, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Develop clear product documentation—business cases, roadmaps, use cases, technical specs, and launch plans—for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Serve as a client‑facing product leader: facilitate demos, manage expectations, and champion product vision and ROI benefits externally.
  • Oversee sales and delivery operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 15+ years of experience managing technology or portfolio management products—ideally within financial services, consulting, or fintech sectors.
  • Proven track record of launching and iterating software products used by enterprise clients or financial stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills—experience with quantitative tools, data analysis, and deriving actionable insights.
  • Excellent communicator—able to align technical and non‑technical teams around product vision, decisions, and priorities.
  • Comfortable in ambiguous, fast‑evolving environments; thrives in solving complex challenges with curiosity and resilience.
Strategy
  • Define and continually evolve the current state of the product, including dimensions such as problem types, methodologies, tools, technologies, client values, and deliverables.
  • Monitor market developments and synthesize a point of view.
  • Collaborate with other FI leaders to ensure strategic coherence across FI.
  • Communicate vision and strategy across the organization.
Capability Development
  • Develop and execute training plans to grow internal expertise.
  • Identify external resources needed to achieve goals and create business cases to bring into FI.
  • Mentor emerging product specialists and leaders.
  • Identify and advocate for external resources to support growth.
Client Solutions
  • Lead the design and delivery of client solutions leveraging product expertise.
  • Advise project teams on implementation of data systems and ontologies.
  • Manage key client engagements and ensure high‑quality delivery.
Sales and Marketing
  • Partner with sales and account leaders to position product capabilities in the market.
  • Develop and deliver client presentations and proposals.
  • Represent FI through thought leadership—blogs, white papers, webinars, and conferences.
Metrics
  • Achievement of product development and training plans.
  • Annual sales and revenue attributable to the product.
  • Quality and impact of client solutions.
  • Internal capability growth and mentorship outcomes.
