Portfolio Management Analyst – Journeyman
Pentagon, Arlington, VA

Spectrum is currently seeking a Management Analyst to support our customer site and support the Department of Navy’s Business Operations Service Support requirement.

• Gather and organize information about the problem to be solved or the procedure to be improved
• Interview personnel and conduct onsite observations to determine the methods, equipment, and personnel that will be needed
• Analyze financial and other data, including revenue, expenditure, and employment reports
• Develop solutions or alternative practices
• Recommend new systems, procedures, or organizational changes
• Make recommendations to management through presentations or written reports
• Confer with managers to ensure changes are working
• 5+ years of experience working with DoD, DON, or similar government agency

• Expert ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms with all levels of staff, as well as clients
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, Management, or related field
• 10+ years of related experience
• Possess an active DoD SECRET clearance
