Rios Partners invites a dynamic and distinguished Program / Project Manager to take center stage in a strategic consulting assignment in the Middle East. This rare opportunity is tailored for a former flag officer or senior civilian equivalent who is ready to inspire and guide a high-impact initiative—making a meaningful mark on a global platform.

  • Initial Duration:
    Three Months, with potential extension of one-year or more
  • Location:

    Middle East
  • Comprehensive Travel Package:
    All Flights, Accommodations, and Per Diem provided
  • Non-disclosure agreement required for interview participation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree
  • Willingness to travel to Middle East for the assignment
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities
  • Leadership and management experience at senior levels within federal agencies or large organizations
  • Demonstrated success managing complex projects and coordinating teams and resources
  • Track record of interagency collaboration, especially in international contexts like the Middle East
  • Relevant technical expertise (logistics, technology, or operations)
  • Adaptability to drive results in dynamic, evolving project environments
