We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team in Arlington, Texas
. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a passion for developing high-performing teams, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. This role requires a combination of hands‑on sales leadership, strong customer relationship management, and the ability to implement effective sales strategies that support company growth.

Key Responsibilities , Leadership, & Team Management
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and develop members of the sales team.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive, high‑energy, goal‑oriented team culture.
Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Establish sales goals, KPIs, and tracking systems to monitor team performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure alignment on lead generation, messaging, and customer experience.
Qualifications Required
  • 3–5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a fast‑paced or high‑growth environment.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot).
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and data‑driven decision‑making.
Preferred
  • Experience in staffing, recruiting, or a related service‑based industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Existing connections within the Arlington/Dallas–Fort Worth business community.
