The Opportunity

As a leader on our team, you'll oversee the development of an overall picture of your client's current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. You'll lead discussions and workshops with stakeholders and engineers, analysts, and other support staff that will help your team identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement.

Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you will advise U.S. Army senior leadership on a path forward.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a military headquarters or policy environment
  • Experience coordinating actions and initiatives across multiple organizations or stakeholders
  • Experience preparing senior leaders for meetings, briefings, and decisions
  • Experience developing staff products, including memos, decision papers, and reports
  • Experience with tools such as Microsoft SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and PowerBI
  • Ability to track and manage tasks to completion, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into concise and actionable recommendations
  • Ability to be organized and manage time and prioritize competing requirements
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a Public Administration, Political Science, or Business field
Nice to Have
  • 7+ years of experience in a professional or operations environment
  • Experience briefing senior leaders or executives
  • Experience with interagency, joint, or multinational environments
  • Experience in project management or as a staff officer
  • Knowledge of organizational hierarchy and decision-making processes
  • Knowledge of staff processes, task management systems, and organizational policy compliance
  • Ability to be adaptable in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
  • Possession of excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Master's degree
  • Project Management or Change Management Certification
