With our continued growth, we are excited to announce that we are hiring a Workplace Experience Manager for a new account.

About the Role

The Workplace Experience Manager will be responsible for elevating the office environment by delivering exceptional hospitality, curating and executing property‑specific events, and driving engagement across the building community. The role includes overseeing day‑to‑day operations and programming for a variety of amenity spaces—including conference centers, rooftop terraces, and fitness centers. As the connector and experience creator, you’ll be the familiar face everyone knows and trusts within the building.

The ideal candidate will bring outstanding customer service skills, strong leadership qualities, a hospitality‑first mindset, and a keen attention to detail.

Amenity Operations & Programming
  • Oversee the day‑to‑day management and programming of multiple amenity spaces, including conference centers, rooftop terraces, and fitness centers, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional experiences.
  • Conduct regular walkthroughs of all amenity and conference areas multiple times daily to maintain top‑tier standards of presentation, cleanliness, and functionality.
Conference Center Management
  • Manage all aspects of conference center operations, including client communication, site tours, contract administration, scheduling and bookings, inventory control, and coordination of catering, AV, and vendor services.
  • Provide on‑site event support and handle post‑event follow‑up, including invoicing and client satisfaction.
Programming & Events
  • Lead the planning and execution of all on‑site programs and events, negotiating and managing vendor proposals and contracts.
  • Deliver full logistical support before, during, and after each event to ensure flawless execution.
  • Oversee the delivery of concierge services, including proposal development, service request management, and execution of a broad range of personal and corporate services such as catering, ticket procurement, event planning, and gifting.
Reporting & ROI Analysis
  • Track and report program and event performance against pre‑determined success metrics.
  • Collect feedback and data to optimize future initiatives and maximize return on investment.
Goal Achievement & Community Engagement
  • Ensure alignment with company‑wide and account‑specific goals for all programs, technologies, services, and events.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication to foster a welcoming environment and build meaningful relationships within the building community.
Marketing & Relationship Building
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to build trust, drive engagement, and increase participation in programs and services.
  • Promote technology, experiences, and programs through targeted marketing efforts to sustain and grow tenant engagement.
  • Manage procurement of marketing materials supporting leasing, marketing, and digital campaigns.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree (Marketing/Hospitality a plus)
  • Prior experience within the commercial real estate sector or with employee engagement a plus
  • Experience in conference center or meeting space coordination strongly preferred
  • Relationship‑building skills with the ability to recognize client needs and motivation
  • Event management, digital content, or hospitality experience a plus
  • Ability to be creative, problem solve, and deliver strong results
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and proactive
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills
  • Ability to effectively strategize, prioritize, and execute
