Responsibilities- Generate & Monitor Center Revenue
Help develop financial operational plans and budgets, monitor performance, and drive food & beverage sales while controlling labor costs and expenses. - Be an Operational Pro
Manage day‑to‑day center operations, schedule, plan, organize, and communicate effectively with the team. - Train Your Team
Supervise and direct regular training for all staff, ensuring proficiency in guest service, food & beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards. - Review Center Performance
Conduct regular meetings with the management team, review profit & loss statements weekly/monthly, and adjust action plans accordingly. - Rally the Troops
Maintain high morale and address center‑level HR or loss‑prevention issues as they arise. - Make Guests Priority #1
Achieve and maintain guest service goals, resolving complaints promptly and ensuring complete satisfaction. - Drive Food & Beverage Sales
Oversee the management and expansion of the F&B program, providing training and supervision to sustain high quality and sales culture. - Remain Flexible
Work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended days as required by the center.
- 5+ years of management experience in full‑service kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Basic business math, accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision‑making abilities.
- Strong team player.
- Exceptional people developer.
- Customer service pro.
- Knowledge of POS register systems.
- Solid communication skills.
- Typical entertainment environment: walking, bending, standing for periods; occasional lifting of objects.

Compensation & BenefitsPay range: $90,000 to $105,000 per year plus quarterly bonus.
