• Structure, design, and conduct primary and secondary research globally, including data analysis and report review
• Conduct interviews with senior stakeholders, farmers, small business owners, and other supply chain actors
• Develop analytical models and conduct quantitative analyses to support project implementation
• Synthesize findings, author final deliverables, and present results to corporate partners and stakeholders
• Manage junior team members and support new business development initiatives

• Bachelor's degree with professional experience at a management consulting firm
• Strong command of MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Commitment to the mission of poverty reduction
• Experience living and working in diverse communities
• Willingness to travel to countries in Africa and/or Latin America for 2-4 week periods (up to ~25% travel)

• Fluency in Spanish, French, or Portuguese
• Experience working on international development projects or initiatives
• Previous experience in strategy development for corporate partnerships
• Familiarity with climate change resilience and sustainable agricultural practices
• Knowledge of geo-spatial mapping and technology applications in development contexts
