Talent Acquisition Intern

Freedom Partners Shared Services seeks an intern to support the Talent Acquisition team in documentation, logistics, and operations to advance our vision and that of the network partners we support. This individual will assist with updating recruiting documentation and records, supporting metrics and reporting, and assisting with interview scheduling, coordinating, and material preparation.

• Helping the team achieve its documentation and records-keeping best practices through administrative support
• In collaboration with the recruiting coordinator, assist with interview logistics including interview preparation, scheduling, candidate greeting and Skype setup
• Assist in the execution of team process standardization, including developing material and maintaining a resource bank
• Update recruiting records and metrics
