Our Summer Internship ProgramThis internship is in‑person at our Arlington, VA office, running from June 1st to August 6th. It is Part‑Time (28 hrs/week) each Monday through Thursday from 9:00am‑5:00pm.
Job SummaryThe Administrative Intern will support our office initiatives through research, internal event coordination, and day‑to‑day office operations. They will have hands‑on exposure to vendor management, budgeting, and cross‑functional operations. They will report to the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities- Research vendors, compare pricing, and support cost analysis
- Help plan and execute internal company events including work on timelines, budgets, and logistics
- Assist with day‑to‑day office operations: supplies, facilities coordination, and administrative tasks
- Track event and operational budgets and identify cost efficiencies
- Partner with People Ops and cross‑functional teams on administrative and engagement initiatives
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Proactive, self‑starter mindset with the ability to take ownership of initiatives
- Ability to support event planning, vendor coordination, and procurement activities
- Interest in and exposure to business operations and/or human resources functions
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations, Hospitality, Event Management, Human Resources, or a related field
- Prior internship or campus leadership experience is a plus
- Self‑starter with strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Interest in Republican political campaigns and elections
