Key Responsibilities
* Manage calendars, travel and in some cases group e-mails for two primary senior executives and other members of the leadership team as needed.
* Take a leadership role in occasional event planning, customer visit engagements and related activities.
* Facilitate recordkeeping and electronic organization for the Legal and Government Relations Departments.
* Assist in management of outside counsel, consultants and vendor billings.
YOU MUST HAVE
* 5 years experience in an administrative assistant, executive assistant, chief of staff or equivalent role.
* Strong organizational skills with both digital and electronic files.
* Expertise in Microsoft Office (predominantly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
* Experience managing domestic and international travel.
WE VALUE
* Prior experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
* Prior experience supporting a legal and/or contracts function.
* Prior experience supporting a Government Relations function.
* A self-starting, ownership-focused approach to work.
