Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role is perfect for a seasoned EA, a professional returning to the workforce, or someone looking for a part‑time position with long‑term growth potential. You will act as a trusted partner, managing the CEO’s priorities, calendars, travel, and key communications.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex domestic and international calendars and scheduling
- Coordinate travel logistics, accommodations, and itineraries
- Prepare materials for board meetings, executive committees, and other high‑level events
- Track action items and follow‑up to ensure priorities are completed
- Handle confidential correspondence and communications
- Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive office
- 4+ years supporting senior executives in a small executive team environment
- Strong experience in executive support, scheduling, expense reports, and travel coordination
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Outlook, Teams;
Concur experience is a plus - Highly organized, anticipatory, and professional with excellent communication skills
- Nonprofit or membership association experience preferred
- Ability to commit to 20 hours/week initially, with interest in converting to full-time after several months

- Potential to convert to full-time based on performance
- Pay is $32–$34/hr; full‑time conversion salary approximately $80k
