LHH is seeking an experienced Benefits professional with Leave Management and Accomodations experience for a temporary opportunity with our client in Arlington, VA. This role requires 4 days in office and parking is not provided.
- Manage employee leaves of absence, including intake, tracking, employee communication, and coordination with third‑party leave administrators.
- Maintain accurate and timely leave and accommodation records in HRIS and related tracking tools.
- Support ADA and state‑law accommodation processes by coordinating documentation, scheduling interactive discussions, and maintaining confidential files.
- Provide administrative support to Benefits operations, including managing incoming mail, processing invoices, and monitoring shared inboxes.
- Assist employees and internal partners by responding to routine Benefits inquiries and ensuring follow‑through on return‑to‑work documentation.
