Administrative Coordinator; Federal Regulation

Mayvin is seeking an organized Program Analyst I to support U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) Protective Service Details by managing mission schedules, staffing, and leadership briefings in accordance with guidelines. The role coordinates travel and lodging, maintains operational records and reports, and liaises with districts, divisions, and vendors. The coordinator also provides administrative and logistical support during deployments, training events, and conferences.

Must be a US Citizen.

Must be able to pass a background Investigation (BI).

• Coordinate, schedule, and maintain calendars for Protective Service Details and program activities.
• Schedule meetings, briefings, and operational activities for leadership
• Liaison with hotels for reduced rates for protective service details
• Coordinated travel arrangements, including transportation, lodging, and per diem requirements for individuals staffed on protective service details.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and briefing materials
• Assist in maintaining operational tracking systems, databases, and logs
• Provide administrative assistance during operational deployments, training events, and conferences.
