Job Summary: Alluvionic is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support the Tactical Operations Division, Personnel Security Branch (PSB) office of the U.S. Marshals Service. This position requires more challenging and varied work and involves some originality and interpretation skills.

This is an onsite position.
Responsibilities- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in designated databases, spreadsheets, and case-management systems in accordance with established procedures.
- Review source documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency prior to data entry; identify and flag discrepancies or missing information.
- Perform routine quality control checks to ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to customer and organizational standards.
- Track data entry progress and meet established productivity and accuracy benchmarks.
- Maintain proper file organization and document control, ensuring records are stored, labeled, and retrievable in accordance with retention policies.
- Protect sensitive, confidential, and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in accordance with privacy, security, and contract requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree
- One (1) year of experience in data entry
- Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, or similar document management platforms.
- Exhibit a high level of confidentiality
- Experience entering data into government or compliance-driven systems (e.g., case management, personnel, or records systems).
- 10 PTO days, plus 5 additional days on your 10th hire anniversary
- 3 Sick/Base Closure (SBC) days
