The Certification Coordinator provides administrative support to our team, and services our members with remarkable customer service.
Responsibilities- Prepares regular reports on ongoing performance of the certification business, including weekly reports to Marketing teams for social media posts, weekly business performance for leadership team, monthly status reports for accounting and other reports as needed
- Executes daily data transfers, including necessary quality controls and coordination with other business units, working closely with the technology and data teams
- Executes member requests related to program extensions, retakes, special fees, etc. as needed
- Supports certified member experience through the managing of monthly recertification reports
- Develops and produces reports as needed by the business in collaboration with data operations
- Assists with essential team functions, including but not limited to data entry, production of print collateral, and basic research
- Coordinates email distribution lists and ensures timely responses to general membership inquiries (passwords, event details, billing, etc.)
- Responds to or facilitates connection between program participants and the appropriate staff to support member questions/needs
- Supports certification team event planning and execution, including for Subject Matter Expert events, Job Task Analysis events, and other events.
- Represents the certification team at events, including Summit, and other relevant programs to members and prospects and to provide real time support of members (travel required)
- Understands and promotes resources, products, and services to internal and external audiences
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university
- One to two years+ of practical experience in data entry and administration
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow‑through
- CRM, Salesforce, or other data management experience preferred
- Very strong attention to detail and attentiveness
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently to carry out assigned duties
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access - Shows initiative and excellent attention to detail
- Strong ability to analyze and report on survey data
- Ability for light travel to conferences and meetings
