Job DescriptionCandidate sought to provide on-site support to the program manager specifically for the Quantum Benchmarking Initiative. The successful candidate will have experience tracking the execution of multiple performers along with outstanding time management skills. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated communication skills with stakeholders.
Requirements- Experience in an executive support role
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
- Ability to organize and manage operations involving in-person and remote staff
- Experience developing PowerPoint presentation background materials
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Strong organization skills, proactive, and ability to multi-task and respond to quick turn-around requests
- Flexible and readily adaptable to change
- Experience directly supporting a PM at DARPA
- Familiarity with DARPA
Secret clearance is required.
