• Collaborate with auditors to coordinate quarterly reviews and the annual audit
• Perform technical accounting research, analysis, and documentation for complex accounting matters
• Support preparation of accounting entries for revenue recognition, acquisition accounting, and stock compensation expense
• Ensure effective controls around SEC reporting and assist in developing an internal control framework
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships to ensure accurate financial statement reflections

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA strongly preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in public accounting or a combination of public accounting and corporate technical accounting roles
• In‑depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and technical accounting standards
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven collaboration abilities

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline‑driven environment
• Experience with Workiva
• Background in healthcare or technology industries
