Senior Accountant

A fast‑growing, global company is expanding its accounting team and is seeking a Senior Accountant to play a key role in supporting the close, general ledger, and audit processes as the business scales.

This is a newly created position with meaningful hands‑on responsibility and visibility. The role is ideal for a strong operational accountant who enjoys owning core accounting processes, working in complex environments, and helping build scalable structure as the company grows.

• Execute core month‑end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and balance sheet analysis
• Maintain accuracy and integrity across key GL areas such as cash, prepaids, accruals, payroll, fixed assets, intercompany, and systems‑driven transactions
• Prepare and maintain clear supporting documentation to support audit readiness and internal review
• Support consolidated US GAAP reporting in a multi‑entity, global environment
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, and operational teams to ensure timely and well‑supported financial reporting
• Assist with external audit preparation, PBC support, and follow‑ups
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and system utilization as the organization scales

• CPA required
• 4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong foundation in US GAAP and general ledger accounting
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
