A high-growth engineering services company in Arlington, VA is seeking a Payroll Staff Accountant to manage full-cycle payroll processing for over 350 employees. This hybrid role (3 days in-office) involves collaborating with Accounting and HR to ensure payroll accuracy and resolve employee inquiries. Ideal candidates will have 3-4+ years of payroll experience, an Associate’s Degree or equivalent, and familiarity with UKG software.
Proficiency in Excel is also required.
