Are you an experienced Material Handler who is confident on a forklift and skilled in loading and unloading trucks
? Pregis is looking for a reliable, safety‑minded warehouse professional to support our growing Arlington team. If you enjoy staying active, working with machinery, and keeping operations moving efficiently, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

This role is essential to maintaining material flow throughout the facility—from receiving incoming shipments to supporting production and preparing finished goods for distribution.

In this role, you will make an impact by:

• Safely operating a sit-down forklift to move, stage, and transport materials throughout the warehouse
• Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing trucks
  , ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency
• Delivering raw materials and supplies to production lines
• Staging finished goods in the correct inventory locations
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and following FIFO (First In, First Out) practices
• Completing documentation for materials, counts, and movements
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Following all Pregis safety procedures, policies, and quality standards
• Communicating professionally with team members and supervisors
• Supporting general warehouse tasks and other duties as assigned

• 1+ year sit‑down forklift experience
• 1+ year of loading/unloading trucks
• 1+ year inventory control or warehouse experience
• High School Diploma or GED

• Experience with inventory or warehouse management software (SAP a plus!)

• Strong attention to safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organization and time‑management
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to take feedback professionally
• Exposure to moving equipment
• Indoor warehouse/manufacturing environment
• Heat may exceed 90°F; humidity may exceed 80%
• PPE required
• Frequent standing, stooping, and walking
• Occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling
• Forklift operation and manual material handling
