Job Position:
Warehouse Associate

We are looking for warehouse associates with forklift experience with high attention to detail to move packages and materials around our facilities. You will be operating a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. Your job could involve driving around warehouses, storage spaces, and other facilities. You must be a responsible individual with great experience in driving industrial vehicles.

• Load/Unload inbound and/or outbound freight from trailers/containers
• Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
• Transport raw materials to production workstations
• Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Prefer 2-4 years of experience
• Must be able to read, decode, and decipher freight coding
• Consistently lift, standing, bending, and rotating motions
• Operate hand truck and forklift
• Must be able to read and write English
• Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government and company required background checks, clearances and/or drug and alcohol tests.

• Must be able to move about the warehouse to access product, machinery and assist others
• Must be able to move and place cartons on pallets weighing up to 60 pounds
• Must be able to bend downward using legs at knee
• Must be able to detect, determine, perceive, identify, recognize, judge, observe, inspect, estimate, assess product
• Must be able to communicate, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself and exchange accurate information

• Basic mathematics skills (add, divide, multiply and subtract)
• Ability to interpret instruction
• Basic computer skills

• Must be reliable and dedicated to good attendance
• Must be available to work overtime, as required occasionally
• Must be adaptable to changing work tasks and workload
• Must be dedicated to working safely
• Must be dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service
