Deliver parts and/or products to O’Reilly stores and distribution centers in a safe and efficient manner.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and products to stores and/or distribution centers. Must have a valid state driver’s license and meet company driving requirements. Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop on the route, delivering to the appropriate store.

Maintain a daily city route manifest for deliveries.

Keep fleet/fuel card, vehicle, and keys secure. Be familiar with accident report guidelines.

Ensure that each store verifies all invoices and signs the route manifest. Deliver according to schedule; report delays to the supervisor or stores.

Project a professional and personable image to maintain good customer relations. Communicate store issues or needs to management.

Clock in/out according to company policy.

Check fluid levels (oil, radiator, transmission, etc.) and log mileage daily before operating the vehicle.

Report vehicle maintenance needs immediately. Ensure the fuel tank is filled, and secure the vehicle at the end of the day. Drive safely and defensively.

SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES

Required:

Ability to match alphanumeric sequences quickly.
Good interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing delivery situations.
Driving record must meet company standards (14/18-point system).

Desired:

Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
