Role Overview
Resolve Tech Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in a client‑focused, fast‑paced environment and enjoys owning solutions from concept through production. You’ll work across the full technology stack, contributing to both product development and client delivery initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop responsive, intuitive user interfaces using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Build reusable UI components while adhering to UI/UX and accessibility best practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain server‑side logic, APIs, and data layers.
- Build scalable applications using microservices or monolithic architectures based on client and business needs.
- Integrate third‑party platforms and internal systems.
- Ensure security, data protection, and proper authentication and authorization standards.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, or Jenkins.
- Deploy, monitor, and manage applications in cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously optimize system performance and reliability.
- Partner with product managers, designers, architects, and fellow engineers to deliver solutions end‑to‑end.
- Participate in code reviews and uphold Resolve Tech’s engineering standards and best practices.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–7 years of professional experience in full‑stack software development.
- Proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, Django, Spring Boot, or .NET Core.
- Solid understanding of relational and/or No
SQL databases (Postgre
SQL, MySQL, Mongo
DB, etc.). - Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and/or Graph
QL services. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization tools (AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of Git‑based version control and CI/CD workflows.
- Proven problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience with Type Script.
- Knowledge of microservices and distributed architectures.
- Familiarity with messaging and event‑driven systems (Kafka, Rabbit
MQ, SQS). - Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, Mocha, or JUnit.
- Background supporting high‑availability or enterprise‑scale systems.
- Strong communication and client‑facing collaboration skills.
- Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery.
