Hybrid Remote | 2 weeks per month onsite in Westlake, TX

Pay: $55 - $60/hr W2

• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and tools using Java to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Engage in hands‑on coding to create robust, scalable, and efficient test scripts.
• Collaborate with development teams to design and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans.
• Conduct thorough API testing to validate the functionality, performance, and security of web services.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high‑quality code standards.
• Continuously enhance test automation processes and methodologies to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our testing practices remain innovative and effective.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in Java programming, with a strong emphasis on hands‑on coding.
• Proven experience as an SDET or similar role, with a focus on test automation and API testing.
• Proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or similar.
• Experience with test automation frameworks like JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar is a plus.
• Experience with performance testing tools and techniques is a plus.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre‑tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked‑in state/locality.
