. The Archway is the only state‑designated family‑violence program in the area and works with domestic‑violence victims to keep them safe while holding offenders accountable.
The facilitator co‑facilitates virtual reformative groups for domestic‑violence offenders in the Partner Abuse Intervention & Prevention (PAIP) program. They co‑facilitate a minimum of two 2‑hour PAIP group sessions weekly using the Domestic Abuse Intervention Program’s (DAIP) model, support other PAIP program offerings, and accurately document group notes and client data within 24 hours of each session. Facilitators must complete the state‑mandated initial training of 25 hours of battering intervention and 15 hours of family‑violence training.
Eligibility& Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; degree in Social Work or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of clinical intervention, social‑work theory, and ethics.
- Experience and knowledge of family‑ تفاوی theory preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn additional software.
- Bilingual preferred.
The facilitator must be able to work flexible hours, including nighttime and weekend shifts. The ideal candidate is curious, trustworthy, an open communicator, flexible, and willing to be held accountable.
